STORAGE : Your stock will be securely housed in our secure, modern warehouses. Bonded storage available, all stock fully computer located. Mechanised handling to offload vehicles or containers.

ORDER TAKING : Orders taken by telephone, fax or via EDI - either on an overflow or more permanent basis. Click here to see which method best suits you.

PICK, PACK and DESPATCH : Clean and efficient picking areas ensure rapid and accurate order picking. Flexible and secure packing (we use people!) ensures goods are despatched in the most appropriate way. All orders and despatches are logged and fully reported.

CARRIAGE and SHIPPING : We use a full range of carriers and shippers, designed to provide best value and service levels. We can handle mailings or mutli-carton consignments, catalogues or containers. We also provide a break-bulk service (you ship us palletised or containerised loads, we feed into local carrier networks).

MAKE-UP : Shrinkwrapping, boxing, labelling, testing etc - all part of the professional fulfillment service.

AFTERSALES : Whether we process the orders or not, we can offer a customer after-sales service. If you sell goods via LIDL, for example, you need to guarantee aftersales for three years - we can provide a help-line, engineer support, collect and replace service : all fully reported.

RETURNS : Returns can take five times longer to handle than orders, and give ten times the headaches. Bespoke systems and rigorously applied procedures reduce administration and customer queries, and maximises stock utilisation.
