I have occasional orders : I want to send brief details of these to you via email, fax or telephone.

Our client services personnel will be pleased to receive your orders in the way most convenient to you. You will deal with real, named persons. We will acknowledge receipt of your order and, if necessary, get back to you with any queries.

Each order will be entered to our tracking system - this information is not shared with any other client - and you will receive an emailed report listing all orders with despatch details. If you require a trackable delivery service (which we recommend) this will include a parcel tracking number. You, or your customer, can use this to check progress on the carrier's own website.
