High street chains use their EPOS (electronic point of sales) systems to create purchase orders, which are transmitted electronically using EDI (electronic data interchange) procecures. These orders are routed directly to our data services team for checking and processing.
When despatched, invoices are created and routed back to the customer for automatic matching and payment.
